Donations in Memory
We can provide you with any guidance you might require if you decide to have a collection at your loved one’s funeral. We can also supply collection containers or envelopes. If you inform your funeral director that you would like to support John Eastwood Hospice Trust, they might be able to conduct this on your behalf.

Cash and cheques
Please feel free to visit us at the Hospice Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 4.30pm to make a cash or cheque donation. Cheques should be made payable to John Eastwood Hospice Trust. Cheques can also be posted to John Eastwood Hospice, Mansfield Road, Sutton in Ashfield, NG17 4HJ. Please do not send cash by post as we cannot guarantee its safe arrival.

Gift aid
Gift Aid is a simple way to increase the value of a donation to John Eastwood Hospice Trust. If you are a UK taxpayer, we could claim 25p on every £1 donated from the Government at no extra cost to you. This means that if you donate £10, and can Gift Aid, it’s actually worth £12.50. In order to sign up for Gift Aid, you just need to complete a Gift Aid declaration.
